Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rent your vehicle if I do not currently have my own insurance?
You can rent our vehicles through Turo if you do not have insurance. Simply registering for Turo and going to our listings at Car Rentals Only will allow you to take advantage of Turo’s provided insurance.
Can I return the vehicle without filling the gas tank to its original level?
You can return the vehicle without filling up the gas tank but you will be charged a $10 service fee plus the cost of gas, or you can prepay for a full tank. This applies to Electric Vehicles also.
Are the vehicles equipped with GPS?
Yes. Our vehicles are equipped with GPS. We will use the data to retrieve our vehicles if they are not returned at the end of the rental period.
Who pays for the Airport Delivery parking fees?
Guests are responsible for the Parking Fee when they choose the Airport Delivery option. Parking rates are $8/hour up to $37/day which means the airport considers 4.65 hours a full day. We do our best to make this fee as low as possible but it is dependent on your pick up time. Vehicles with pickup time before 10 AM will be dropped off the night before and will incur a full day of parking. This is NOT included in the delivery fee.
Can I take the rental car into Canada, Mexico or out of state?
NO. You can drive your vehicle anywhere in the United States, but we do not allow our rental vehicles to be taken out of the country into Canada or Mexico.
Can I rent your vehicle if I am under 21 years old at the time of my rental booking?
Yes. Most of our vehicles qualify for drivers under 21 years old.
Can I drive in the Toll lanes?
Yes! All our vehicles have a GoodToGo pass. Tolls are charged automatically and will be invoiced after your trip.
Can I keep my vehicle longer than my booking time frame?
We can accommodate your request if there is not a booking on your vehicle by another renter during the same time frame. Also, we typically stock additional rentals for these situations and will help create another booking for you on another one of our rental cars. We can exchange the vehicle at our location or have the vehicle delivered to you for your convenience.
Can I have someone else drive the rental car?
Any other drivers of our rental cars need to be added to your rental contract. However, the primary driver must be the one to take delivery of the rental vehicle.
Can I return the vehicle dirty?
Yes. You can return the vehicle without cleaning the vehicle, but you will be charged additional fees at the end of your trip for any heavy stain removal, excessive dirt, abuse or pet hair.
